I ordered some fabric from Rose Brand, the delivery was—wait, I actually expected it to be more of a hassle, but it wasn’t. The tracking kept updating like it should, and the box arrived on the exact day they said it would, so that part was easy.
I’m taking off one star because the packaging looked a little rough when it got here, but luckily everything inside was fine. I’d order from them again, especially if I needed something to arrive by a certain date

I needed a custom size, and to their credit, they were flexible about making it work. It did take a bit of back and forth to get all the details sorted out, which was fun in the way these things always are, but the staff did answer my questions and the final order turned out fine. It definitely wasn’t the fastest process on earth, but overall, I’d probably use them again

"Return worked out, but the communication was frustrating"
I ordered from rosebrand.com and ended up needing to return one item. The return did go through eventually, so I can’t say it was a total hassle, but it definitely wasn’t super smooth. I had to keep checking back for updates, and the replies I got weren’t always consistent, which was annoying. One person would say one thing, then another response made it sound a little different. Customer service was polite, but not very fast, and I wish the whole process had been clearer. Not the worst experience, but it could definitely be easier

I had a project consultation with Rose Brand, it went really well. They actually listened to what we needed — which, sadly, isn’t always a given — and gave straightforward, useful advice without turning everything into a confusing mess. They were quick to reply too, so that was a nice change. Overall, they clearly knew what they were talking about and seemed genuinely interested in helping, which I appreciated.

I ordered some fabric and a few small supplies from Rose Brand, the prices were decent compared to other places I looked. The quality was actually better than I expected, so no complaints there. Just a heads-up for anyone ordering: shipping isn’t exactly cheap, and the checkout process was a little clunky, so pay attention before you place the order. Overall, I still feel like it was worth it and I’d probably buy from them again, but those little issues are worth knowing about

I ordered a few things from rosebrand.com and the actual items were totally fine once they arrived. Packaging was neat, nothing looked damaged, and everything matched what I expected. The only thing that threw me off was the lead time. It ended up coming later than I’d planned for, and even being off by a few days made it harder to line up with the rest of my schedule. Not a huge disaster, but if you’re ordering for a specific install date or event, I’d give yourself a little extra cushion.

I ordered some fabric for a small project, and to be fair, the quality itself was totally fine. The only thing is the color looked a bit darker in person than it did on the website. It wasn’t a huge problem for what I needed, but I do wish the photos had been a little closer to the actual shade.
